Technical Assistance to Coalitions
The Evolution Foundation has consultants with years of experience working with coalitions, so we have a plethora of knowledge about what works and what doesn’t. We are available to help start coalitions, give suggestions to existing coalitions, lead coalitions through a strategic planning process, and provide one-on-one guidance for coalition leadership. Strategic Planning
Service providers, non-profits, and coalitions all need to pause every year or two to evaluate where they’ve been and where they are going. The Evolution Foundation has consultants with decades of non-profit leadership experience. We have led multiple agencies and scores of coalitions through the strategic planning process and are available to help any children’s behavioral health agency or health coalition in Oklahoma develop their own plan. Trauma Trainings
Trauma, especially in childhood, can have negative lifetime results. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When service providers, families, teachers, law enforcement, judicial personnel, and faith organizations become trauma-informed and provide trauma-sensitive services, we can change the course of children’s lives. CarePortal Assistance
CarePortal is a partnership between churches and Child Welfare to provide immediate aid to foster children and their families. Social workers uncover the needs. Then, the CarePortal technology makes local churches aware, giving them a real-time opportunity to respond. Handle with Care Assistance
Handle with Care is a partnership between law enforcement, schools, and mental health to minimize the affects of trauma in the lives of children and youth. Contact us if you would like assistance in creating a Handle with Care partnership in your community.
Zoom Meeting Support
Many coalition and other partner groups are choosing to conduct their meetings through the virtual Zoom interface during the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s a great way to stay connected, conduct business, and stay safe at the same time. Anyone can use Zoom, but if you don’t have a paid membership you are limited to a 40-minute meeting. The Evolution Foundation can help. You can use our Zoom account to conduct meetings with no time limitations. Just let us know and we’ll set it up for you for free.
Survey Monkey Support
If you’ve ever wanted to conduct a survey of your community partners or any other group and don’t know how, we can help. We’ll help you create your electronic survey, send it out, collect the data, and generate reports. Surveys are a great way to understand the needs of your community. Let us help.
